![]() ![]() ![]() The last scene of the trailer wherein Sonam lies on Salman’s lap eerily reminds one of the famous song sequence from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ which had Salman and his then girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the main lead. Neil returns as a full time baddie after his negative role in Tamil movie ‘Karthi’. We also get glimpses of Anupam Kher, Swara Bhaskar, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Deepak Dobriyal in the trailer. The family drama makes its way to the movie as soon as Salman says – “Har family mein problem hoti hai, lekin woh khushnaseeb hain, jinki family hoti hai…” ![]() The two minute eight second long trailer takes us through Prem’s family, certain flashbacks and gives us a whiff of what is in store for the viewers – sibling rivalry, we guess. She does look lovely as Maithili, but dancing is not her strength, for sure. And then, it dies.Īmidst the dancing girls can be seen a colourful lehenga-clad Sonam Kapoor gyrating to classical steps. The moment when he does a SRK-esque spreading of his arms, you get reassured of Salman’s Prem avatar enticing you back to the ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’ days. Salman Khan enters the scene with the words, ‘Main waapis aa gaya hoon.’ Prem is back, with the same old world charm and a similar innocence. The trailer starts with a huge haveli, a female voice echoing a shloka, and girls dancing – everything typical of Rajshri films.
